Good News for Twitter users - More Tweeting, Less Constraints.

Where are all the twitter users in the house? There's good news for you guys. Twitter is loosening it's leash on your tweets. According to Technewsworld.com, Twitter announced changes to tweets. This consists of what will be included in a message's 140-character count.
These changes as outlined by Twitter Senior Product Manager, Todd Sherman will be rolled out in the coming months so it might take a while before we might actually see them working. Here they are:
  • When replying to a tweet the tagged @names at the beginning of the reply will no longer be included in the 140-character count.
  • Users will be able to re-tweet and quote tweet themselves.
  • Photos, GIFs, polls and quote tweets will no longer be counted against the character limit.
  • Tweets that begin with a username will be delivered to all followers of that user.
So tell us, what do you think? Have you seen any of these changes working for you yet? Let us know through your comments.
