I know a lot of people who have been put off by the huge expense associated with traveling to Ghana to write the PMP exam because Nigeria was under investigation (Under review) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) due to the suspicion of malpractice and misconduct during exams. Well, there is good news. The Project Management Institute (PMI) has finally finished reviewing Nigeria's exam process and they have come up with certain measures to ensure Nigerians do not commit any form of malpractice during the Project Management Professional (PMP) Exams. They have introduced the Paper Based Test (PBT) for PMP exams.PMI believes that with use of the paper based testing procedure exam malpractice can be curbed.
This new development has several implications which include:
- Candidates would no longer be able to view their results of the exam immediately after the exam.
- Candidates would have to wait for 6weeks for results to be processed and then posted online.
- Candidates would have to wait for the stipulated dates by PMI to write the exams unlike before where candidates could register online and sit for the exam at any time.
- The cost of taking the PMP exam in Nigeria is likely to increase based on this new development.

Nice piece of writing!!! I agree Project management software can work wonders for company and ease project handling capacities, while curtailing on the overhead costs to a great extent. Prior to choosing a software, do some research on the same and if viable, take the opinions of contractors as well as employees on the same as they will be actively accessing it in their daily work life.
